Sales Administrator

This position is responsible for coordinating logistics, dispatches, invoicing, transportation, and statutory documentation to ensure timely delivery of cranes and spare parts. The role works closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, Customers, and Transporters to manage transportation arrangements, dispatch planning, invoice processing, E-Way Bill generation, and compliance-related documentation. The incumbent is responsible for maintaining accurate records, verifying transporter bills, resolving delivery issues, and ensuring smooth execution of customer orders. logistics, dispatch, supply chain, or sales administration. Proficiency in SAP, MS Office, E-Invoicing, and E-Way Bill processes is essential. Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, customer handling, and organizational skills are critical for success in this role.
