Who we need Reporting to the Global Head of Revenue Operations, we are hiring a Sales Compensation Manager to own and manage our global sales compensation process from end to end. As our new Sales Compensation Manager, you will design and administer compensation plans and quota methodologies, analyze sales performance, calculate commissions, and coordinate quarterly payouts. You will partner across Sales, Finance, HR, IT, and Legal to ensure compensation plans are structured to support business objectives, align with revenue reporting, and provide leaders with the insights they need to make informed decisions. You will also help modernize and automate our compensation processes, reducing manual work and building more scalable, accurate, and efficient approaches as the business evolves. This is a remote role based in the United States, with a preference for candidates located near our Houston, New York, or Chicago offices. What’s in it for you Ownership and influence. You will own the sales compensation process end to end, with the autonomy to shape plan design, quota methodologies, administration, and reporting. Your work will directly influence how sales performance is measured and rewarded, and you will partner with senior leaders across Sales, Finance, HR, IT, and Legal to ensure compensation strategies support revenue goals and the behaviours the business wants to drive. Transformation and impact. You will have the opportunity to rethink and modernize a compensation process that is currently highly manual. From improving how data moves between systems to exploring automation and AI-enabled approaches, you will help build more scalable, accurate, and efficient processes that improve both the seller experience and the quality of information available to leadership. Breadth and growth. While sales compensation will be your primary focus, you will be part of a small, global Revenue Operations team with exposure to the broader commercial organization. Outside of peak compensation cycles, you will have opportunities to contribute to forecasting, pipeline and opportunity analysis, sales enablement, and other Revenue Operations priorities, expanding your understanding of how a global recurring-revenue business operates and grows.
