About the role
We are hiring a Sales Development Rep in Chicago to open doors with new accounts through thoughtful, high-volume outbound across email and phone.
What you will do
- Research accounts and craft relevant, personalized outreach
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads into booked meetings
- Keep CRM data clean and pipeline reporting accurate
- Hit weekly meeting and pipeline targets
Must have
- 1+ years in sales development, lead generation, or a similar role
- Clear, concise written communication
- Comfort with high-volume outreach
Nice to have
- Experience with modern sales engagement tooling
