Graduate Sales Development Representative - International Payments & Foreign Exchange Madrid Launch Your Career in Global Payments and Commercial Sales Convera is seeking ambitious graduates to join our Madrid -based Sales Development team. What You Will Be Doing This is an outbound sales role. Approximately 70-80 % of your time will be spent prospecting through cold calling, email and LinkedIn, alongside following up on inbound Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs). Conduct high-volume cold calling to engage prospective customers and generate new business opportunities. Execute targeted sales campaigns aligned to strategic industries, customer segments and growth initiatives. Research companies and decision-makers to identify opportunities. Respond to and qualify inbound MQLs generated through marketing campaigns, events and digital channels. Schedule qualified meetings for Business Development Managers. Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and other sales technologies. What We Are Looking For Bachelor's degree completed within the last two years or graduating in 2026/2027. 0-6 months professional experience. Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting & Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Financial Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Law or similar analytical disciplines. Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with prospects over the phone. Ambitious, resilient and coachable.
