We are seeking ambitious and driven Graduate Sales Development Representatives to join our London-based team. This is an exciting opportunity to launch your career in international payments and foreign exchange, working with global businesses and learning the fundamentals of commercial sales. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator with a strong desire to build relationships, develop sales skills, and grow within a fast-paced, international environment.
You will be responsible for:
This is an outbound sales role. Approximately 70-80% of your time will be spent prospecting through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn, alongside following up on inbound Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
Conducting high-volume cold calling to engage prospective customers and generate new business opportunities.
Executing targeted sales campaigns aligned with strategic industries, customer segments, and growth initiatives.
Researching companies and decision-makers to identify sales opportunities.
Responding to and qualifying inbound MQLs generated through marketing campaigns, events, and digital channels.
Scheduling qualified meetings for Business Development Managers.
Maintaining accurate records in Salesforce and other sales technologies.
Collaborating closely with Sales and Marketing teams to support pipeline growth and revenue generation.
Consistently achieving activity targets and contributing to team performance goals.
You should apply if you have:
A Bachelor’s degree completed within the last two years or expected to be completed in 2026 or 2027.
Up to 6 months of professional experience through work, internships, or extracurricular activities.
A degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting & Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Financial Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Law, or a related analytical discipline.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence engaging and building relationships with prospective clients.
The ability to think analytically, solve problems, and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to build a successful career in sales.
Resilience, ambition, and a coachable mindset, with the ability to embrace feedback and continuously improve.
A genuine interest in international payments, foreign exchange, financial markets, and global business.
