CNO Financial Group is hiring a Sales Enablement Intern to join our Worksite team for a single, summer-long project. You’ll use research, data, and in-market experiments to help our Agents connect with Employers and Employees and see your ideas turned into measurable results.   We’re looking for a curious, driven student who enjoys solving real business problems. No prior industry experience required, just a strong interest in how sales, marketing, and technology work together.     Core responsibilities and deliverables:   Build campaign briefs for business customers, identifying what's driving engagement and what isn't.   Help design and run experiments to improve demand generation, customer engagement, and scheduling rates.   Research and recommend new campaign ideas for emerging markets.   Analyze marketing and sales data to find ways to improve results.   Partner with Marketing and Compliance teams on a real, cross-functional project.   Recommend process improvements based on your findings.     What you need (Minimum requirements):  Progress toward a bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Communication, Information Systems, Economics, or related fields.   Rising junior or rising senior status (expected graduation December 2027–June 2028).   Availability to work 40 hrs/week for 10–12 weeks during the summer.   Based in, or willing to work, Central or Eastern time zone business hours.     What will set you apart (Preferred experience):  Interest in the intersection of sales, marketing, and technology (MarTech, CRM, digital marketing).    Systems thinker, curious about AI   Coursework or concentration in Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) with a MarTech or Digital focus.   Digital Marketing Technology or Marketing Analytics programs.   Comfort working with marketing data, marketing systems, and/or a B2B sales or enablement…
