Sales Engineer – Cleanroom Solutions

We are supporting a well-established Slovenian engineering company in the search for a Sales Engineer with a focus on cleanroom solutions . This is an exciting opportunity for a technically minded commercial professional who enjoys working closely with customers, understanding complex requirements, and developing tailored technical solutions. The role is particularly suited to someone with experience in cleanrooms, HVAC, building technology, mechanical or electrical engineering, process environments , or a related field who would like to take a more customer-facing and commercially focused position. The Opportunity As a Sales Engineer – Cleanroom Solutions , you will be responsible for developing customer relationships and identifying opportunities within the cleanroom and controlled-environment sector.  You will work closely with customers to understand their technical requirements and collaborate with internal engineering teams to develop the right solution — from the initial concept and technical discussion through to the commercial proposal and project realization. Your responsibilities will include: Developing and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective customers Identifying new business opportunities within the cleanroom and controlled-environment market Understanding customer requirements and translating them into appropriate technical solutions Preparing and presenting technical and commercial proposals Participating in customer meetings, site visits, and technical discussions Working closely with engineering and project teams to develop customized solutions Supporting projects from the initial enquiry through to implementation Following market developments and identifying emerging customer needs Contributing to the continued growth of the cleanroom solutions business What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who combines technical understanding, commercial awareness, and a strong customer orientation . You will ideally bring: A technical degree or professional background in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, HVAC, building services, mechatronics, or a related field Previous experience in technical sales, sales engineering, application engineering, project engineering , or a similar role Experience or a strong interest in cleanrooms, HVAC systems, controlled environments, or related technical solutions The ability to understand technical requirements and communicate solutions clearly to customers Strong relationship-building and presentation skills A proactive and solution-oriented approach Commercial awareness and an interest in developing business Good command of Slovenian and English Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits Interested?
