Due to continued growth, we are hiring a new Sales Executive to focus on overseeing sales opportunities in the charities and housing sector. What will you be doing? Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities within the Charities and Housing sectors. Build and maintain a strong pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking and outreach activity. Develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers. Understand customer challenges and align Phoenix solutions to meet their business objectives. Manage opportunities effectively through the full sales cycle, from initial engagement to close. Grow and develop existing customer accounts by identifying additional opportunities and cross-sell potential. Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting and customer information within CRM systems. Work closely with internal teams, including pre-sales, vendors and services, to deliver successful customer outcomes. Keep up to date with market trends, procurement routes and developments across the Charities and Housing sectors. Achieve and exceed individual sales, revenue and activity targets.
