Kaufman Rossin is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer based in Bengaluru to lead the development, architecture, integration, and continuous improvement of the Salesforce platform. Salesforce serves as the firms core CRM and client engagement platform, supporting pipeline and relationship management, client service processes, internal business operations, client and stakeholder experiences, integrations, automation, analytics, and increasingly AI-powered capabilities through Agentforce. This is a senior, hands-on engineering role with broad platform ownership. You will partner directly with US-based stakeholders and the Bengaluru PO/BA to define solutions, make architecture decisions, lead and mentor the Junior Salesforce Developer, and ensure Salesforce environment is well-governed, performant, secure, scalable, and aligned with the firm's growth. You will bring deep Salesforce platform expertise, strong Apex and LWC engineering skills, modern integration experience, and the platform maturity to balance delivery velocity with long-term architectural health. As we expand the use of Salesforce AI, this role will also play an important part in the design, development, governance, testing, and deployment of Agentforce solutions across the firm.
