Position Overview:- The Salesforce Solution Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and drive operational efficiency. This role requires extensive experience across various Salesforce clouds, including Service Cloud, CPQ, Marketing Cloud, and Sales Cloud. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions. Develop architecture blueprints, roadmaps, and technical specifications for Salesforce implementations. Ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems and third-party applications. Implementation and Customization:- Lead the configuration and customization of Salesforce platforms, including Service Cloud, CPQ, Marketing Cloud, and Sales Cloud. Oversee the development of custom applications, workflows, and integrations. Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable. Stakeholder Collaboration:- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, identify pain points, and define project goals.
