The Role We are seeking an experienced SAP SD & Project Systems Functional Lead to drive business transformation initiatives enabled by SAP. This role will focus on shaping future-state business processes across Order-to-Cash and Project Lifecycle Management, ensuring alignment between business strategy, operational objectives, and technology capabilities. The successful candidate will contribute towards while being an essential part of a team shaping process transformation, organizational change and the adoption of best-practice ways of working. Key Responsibilities Lead business transformation initiatives across Sales, Commercial Operations, Project Delivery, and Finance functions. Define and drive future-state operating models aligned to strategic business objectives. Partner with business leadership teams to identify opportunities for process simplification, standardization, and optimization. Facilitate executive workshops to define transformation vision, objectives, and success measures. Drive business readiness and adoption of new processes and ways of working. Order-to-Cash Transformation Lead transformation of end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes including: Opportunity to Order Contract Management Sales Order Fulfilment Billing and Revenue Processes Customer Experience Improvements Assess current-state business processes and identify improvement opportunities. Develop process standards and governance frameworks across regions and business units. Project Systems Transformation Lead SAP PS solution design . Gather and analyze business requirements related to project management and project accounting. Be able to advise on Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) Networks and Activities Milestones Project Budgeting Cost Planning Revenue Recognition Project Settlement Support project lifecycle processes from project creation through closure. Design and execute testing activities including SIT and UAT. Provide production support and issue resolution.
