The Technical Application Consultant (GRC & Corporate Governance Systems) is responsible for the end-to-end implementation, technical configuration, optimization, and lifecycle management of the enterprise applications. While a primary pillar of this role involves leading and executing implementations within the ServiceNow platform—specifically for Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) modules —the ideal candidate will act as a versatile systems consultant. They will oversee a diverse ecosystem of third-party SaaS solutions and automated integrations spanning Legal Entity Management, Compliance, Internal Audit, Contract Lifecycle Management, and Transaction Monitoring.
