Who are we looking for? The strategic focus of this position is to work in the Scale Up Laboratory to promote efficient product scale-ups and support continuous improvement projects.  This position will be working between Global Engineering and the R&D and Supply Chain functions. The primary purpose of this position is to provide support to the Scale-Up Lab by supervision and performing various quality control functions as it relates to the final product and the laboratory equipment.  What will you be doing? Ensure all required tests in support of the Scale-Up lab are accurately completed in a timely manner and that the test results meet defined specifications. Supervise or perform testing for the batches that allows to understand characteristics and cause-effects of the product and process. Evaluate data and draft reports, noting any relevant deviations from existing standards. Follow appropriate material test methods.  Prepare and maintain test data for review.
