Visit our website to know more about us and our latest development: www.smilefoundationindia.org Role Purpose: Implement and manage the CSR-funded scholarship project, actively engage with the girl scholars to support their educational journey and maintain regular and transparent communication with the donors to keep them informed and involved. Key Responsibilities: Implement and coordinate the scholarship project for selected students as per the Project Implementation plan and the timeline. Identification colleges for promotion of scholarships program in those colleges and identification of eligible students for scholarship Acts as liaison between faculty/staff, scholars to provide information and resources regarding scholarship activities and programme. Regular mentoring and monitoring the progress of scholars Supports in planning and conducting training programme involving external trainers Identify companies for internship and placement for scholars. Create formal partnerships with companies to organise exposure visits, training, internship and placement. Assists in operations and database management procedures and coordinates design and maintenance of scholarship MIS.
