As a key member of Analytical Development group, you will be responsible for working closely with biology and fermentation teams to develop, implement and support analytical solutions to guide metabolic engineering and scale-up process by evaluation of metabolites from engineered yeast strains in microtiter plates up to multi-L tank scale. This includes refining and executing analytical operations to handle large sample numbers in timely manner, as well as developing specialized methods across HPLC, UPLC, LC-MS, and GC-MS instruments.
