For more information about joining our team, please visit us at www.texascapitalbank.com .   Position Summary The Capacity & Forecasting Analyst is responsible for developing and maintaining volume forecasts, workforce capacity models, productivity analyses, and staffing recommendations across Banking Operations. This role serves as a key partner to operational leaders by providing data-driven insights that support workforce planning, resource allocation, budgeting, and service level management. The analyst will monitor business trends, forecast future demand, identify capacity constraints, and recommend solutions that optimize staffing levels while maintaining operational efficiency and customer service standards. Forecasting & Demand Planning Develop short-, medium-, and long-term forecasts for operational volumes across supported business units. Analyze historical trends, seasonality, pipeline activity, and business drivers to predict future workload volumes. Build and maintain forecasting models using statistical and business-based methodologies. Partner with business leaders to understand upcoming initiatives and incorporate expected impacts into forecasts. Evaluate forecast accuracy and continuously refine forecasting assumptions and methodologies. Capacity Planning Develop capacity models that determine staffing requirements based on volume forecasts, productivity assumptions, and service level targets.
