Here is where your challenge starts: As Scrum Master, you play a pivotal role in driving both agile excellence and organizational change across Stage Entertainment. You empower teams to perform at their best, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure successful adoption of new ways of working, processes, and technologies. Working closely with Product Owners, IT teams, and business stakeholders, you facilitate agile delivery, remove obstacles, and guide teams through change. As Stage Entertainment continues its digital transformation journey, you will be instrumental in increasing agile maturity, strengthening collaboration, and embedding change capabilities throughout the organization. This is a highly visible role with impact across multiple countries, functions, and business initiatives, offering the opportunity to shape how we work and evolve as a global organization. Specific responsibilities: Agile Leadership & Team Enablement Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support teams in applying agile principles, practices, and methodologies. Coach and mentor teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders to continuously improve agile ways of working. Identify and remove impediments that impact team effectiveness and delivery. Promote collaboration, transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement across teams. Align priorities, dependencies, and backlogs across multiple teams and initiatives. Change Management & Organizational Development Lead and coordinate change management activities for IT-driven initiatives and transformation programs. Assess change impacts and develop effective adoption and communication strategies. Support stakeholders in navigating organizational change and increasing change readiness. Design and deliver training, workshops, and awareness programs related to agile working and change management. Act as an ambassador for continuous improvement and organizational learning.
