Seasonal Merchandiser

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the Christmas Merchandiser role will involve working as part of a team to deliver high visibility for the client. Core focus for the role would be to replenish stock. Merchandisers will be expected to work on their own initiative and build strong relationships with store managers and achieve additional secondary displays using POS provided. Responsibilities: To adhere to journey plans given by line manager To ensure that all merchandising guidelines are being adhered to with emphasis on Planogram compliance, maximising promotional space and negotiating with Store Manager Record relevant sales and merchandiser requirements, competitor activity and provide feedback in a timely manner Ensure all products have correct SEL placed in front of the product; Merchandise all promotional ends and ensure correct pricing is in place; Capture before and after photographs on a handheld device Liaise with store manager prior to leaving ensure they are happy with work completed; Build strong relationships with all parties to work together as a team; To maintain all CPM and client standards and policies To consistently strive to reach highest standards of performance for customers To ensure at all times that you operate in an effective and efficient manner to complete all tasks To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by your line manager Requirements Familiar with technology Good Interpersonal & Communication Skills Good Organisational Skills Full clean drivers licence necessary Benefits Basic Salary - €31,038.48 Pro Rata Company Van Fuel Card €10 Daily Lunch Allowance Discounted Health Insurance Companywide recognition awards regular & Company events and activities Fast career development and progression opportunities for performers from 6 months
