INTRODUCTION OF THE POST
The Coordinator is in charge, under the supervision of his Director, of coordinating the specialized daily and ad hoc projects, working group/conferences, and any other file/activity pertaining to the relevant area of work. The incumbent is also in charge of supervising staff working In this area, of providing them with daily guidance, of ensuring the proper implementation of the policies and hierarchical decisions, and of the quality and timeliness of the produced deliverables, in compliance with the Organization's priorities.
The incumbent is the Organization's central point of contact in the police area at stake and is expected to provide advice to his Director and his hierarchy regarding the further development of the area, including preparing written analytical/operational studies, status reports, oral presentations/speeches to be delivered during outside conferences, internal/developmental training…
