Security Strategy & Risk Management Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of physical security programs, safeguards, and access control measures. Conduct threat, vulnerability, and risk assessments; analyze findings and provide actionable, prioritized recommendations. Perform physical security assessments and audits, to ensure compliance with company standards and security requirements Maintain awareness of risks affecting aviation, manufacturing, and global operations. Operations & Incident Management Oversee day-to-day security operations, including monitoring, investigations, and response to security incidents, violations, and suspicious activity. Support emergency preparedness, response coordination, and post-incident reviews to strengthen resiliency and readiness. Support the Travel Security Program during emergency situations, including briefings and risk analysis. Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement Serve as the security liaison to site senior leadership, ensuring timely communication of risks, incidents, and operational status. Collaborate with local law enforcement, emergency responders, and external partners to maintain strong community and regulatory relationships. Foster a culture of security awareness through training, communication, and proactive engagement. Governance, Policy & Compliance Assist in the development and enforcement of security policies, standards, and procedures.
