Senior Accounting Manager (IPO Process)

Position: Senior Accounting Manager (IPO Process) Report to: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Industry: Food Manufacturing Type of Hiring: Permanent Working: 5 Days/Week (Monday - Friday) Location: Chiang Mai, Thailand Starting Date: ASAP Responsibilities: Lead and oversee the accounting operations for a food manufacturing business, ensuring compliance with Thai Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS) and relevant food industry regulations. Manage a team of 12 accounting professionals, fostering a high-performance culture and continuous development. Direct the full IPO process, including coordination with SEC, external auditors, legal counsel, and investor relations, with a focus on manufacturing-specific financial disclosures. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including cost accounting, inventory valuation, and production-related financial analysis. Collaborate closely with production, supply chain, and quality assurance teams to align financial strategies with operational goals. Maintain strong internal controls and implement financial systems that support scalability and regulatory compliance. Communicate effectively with international stakeholders, including overseas investors and fund managers. Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting/finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the food manufacturing sector or related. Experience in listed companies (SET/mai) or Big 4 Audit firms with IPO and Manufacturing exposure is a strong advantage. Proven track record of leading end-to-end IPO processes, including direct involvement with SEC filings and audit coordination. CPA or equivalent professional certification is highly preferred. Strong understanding of cost accounting and financial operations in a manufacturing environment, especially food production. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Fluent in English, with strong communication skills for working with international investors and partners.
