The team you will be part of The Social Commerce Team is a fast-growing team leading the way in livestream selling, short video content, and affiliate marketing across Southeast Asia. As part of Intrepid’s end-to-end eCommerce ecosystem, we gain broad exposure across operations, collaborate with cross-functional experts, and play a key role in shaping how brands connect with digital shoppers in real time. The part you will play We are looking for a results-driven Senior Affiliate Executive to manage and grow our affiliate marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on TikTok Shop campaigns. The ideal candidate has 3-4 years of proven experience in affiliate marketing, influencer management, or e-commerce, particularly in TikTok Shop live selling, campaigns, and performance optimization. You will be responsible for building relationships with affiliates, optimizing performance, and ensuring campaigns meet KPIs while aligning with the brand's marketing objectives. As an Senior Affiliate Executive, you will take charge of Manage day-to-day operations of the affiliate program, primarily on Shopee & TikTok Shop, from recruitment to campaign execution. Build a strategic plan on how to optimize and leverage affiliate business in Shopee & TikTok Shop. Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with affiliates, creators, and live streamers to promote brand products. Develop monthly, quarterly, and campaign-level affiliate strategies based on brand objectives, market trends, and performance data. Analyze GMV, traffic, conversion, creator activation, commission structure, SKU performance, and campaign efficiency. Translate data into clear insights, recommendations, and actionable growth plans.
