To be successful in this position you will need to possess an entrepreneurial mindset and be able to operate with minimal guidance while owning end-to-end deliverables. You will handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, establish priorities, and drive delivery of high-quality outputs in a dynamic work environment with overlapping deadlines and short time constraints. What You Will Do • Work collaboratively with account management teams to gain a profound knowledge of workstreams and performance metrics • Develop and maintain demand, workload and staffing forecast models based on historical data to be used in short-term operational execution and long-term budget planning • Maintain historical data hygiene as well as proactively adjust forecast models to account for changes in business processes and metrics • Gather and analyze data to identify trends and/or patterns and make recommendations as appropriate to reduce workload and improve productivity for stakeholder teams. Monitor and track the results of recommendations as appropriate • Research and identify potential risks in staffing levels and develop and implement plans to aid the operation in avoiding or mitigating through the risks as needed • Utilize system reporting tools to analyze current business processes and to support continuous process improvements • Identify opportunities for improvement through data - setting targets, understanding drivers, assessing performance, and modelling scenarios • Present results back to the business in a structured, data-driven manner - simplifying complex concepts for non-technical audiences • Use a problem-solving approach that gets to the underlying business questions, using a variety of data sources and information Who You Are • Technical skills - advanced SQL skills and competence in use of analytical tools including Excel, Salesforce, Tableau, etc. Experience with one or more of the statistical modeling languages/ toolboxes such as R, SAS, SPSS, Matlab, or Python is a plus • Analytical Mindset- a problem…
