Job Description: Position Overview: We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Control Analyst to join our team, focusing on cyber breach document review. The ideal candidate will work closely with data analysts to assist in producing high-quality deliverables, translating client requests into actionable directives, and ensuring smooth project coordination. Key Responsibilities: Document Review & Quality Assurance:  Review and assess cyber breach related documents to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project requirements. Assist Data Analysts:  Collaborate with data analysts to support the production of deliverables, ensuring data integrity and alignment with client specifications. Client Request Translation:  Work with clients to understand and translate the requirements into clear directives for the team, ensuring timely and precise execution of tasks. Project Coordination:  Coordinate project timelines, resource allocation, and task prioritization to ensure deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality. Problem Solving:  Identify potential issues in the review process and suggest solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Process Improvement:  Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance overall quality. Qualifications: Required: Experience in Cyber Review or Data Breach or Incident Response is helpful, not required. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, macros, complex formulas, and text functions. Familiarity with eDiscovery platforms such as Relativity and Canopy (helpful but not mandatory). Working knowledge of VBA or Python for scripting and automation (preferred but not essential). Soft Skills : Exceptional analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle tight deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
