YOUR NEW ROLE We’re looking for a Senior Analyst Engineer who will mainly support the People Apps and Microservices platform within the People & Culture domain. In addition to your strong technical capability, you will be a proven team player, independent thinker and have a collaborative attitude towards your work and colleagues. Conduct analysis (e.g. business, data, process, gap, and change) to define requirements and solutions Develop As-Is and To-Be process models Create process flows, data models, business rules, operating models, and reporting artefacts Collaborate with the Product Owner/Manager Engineer to capture, refine, and communicate business needs and product vision Support backlog prioritization and value definition of user stories Translate business needs into epics and user stories with clear acceptance criteria and traceability Troubleshoot SaaS application issues and coordinate resolution with internal teams and vendors Participate in workshops and stakeholder discussions Assess and document the business impact of proposed solutions Primarily support the People Apps team that consists of different third-party applications. Act as the key interface between IT, vendors, and business stakeholders Analyze business requirements and produce clear, approved specifications for system and process changes Ensure vendor applications meet NAB compliance requirements Manage BAU attestation activities across the P&C application portfolio Maximize value delivery by aligning features and stories with business outcomes Define solution requirements and support delivery teams with clear guidance WHAT YOU WILL BRING Minimum 5 years’ experience in technology-focused projects Strong experience working with both…
