Your new role Build, test, and deploy fraud rules in SIT environments to support project delivery. Validate fraud decision engine data, outputs, and new data point implementation. Investigate issues using OpenSearch and Splunk, and support SIT testing and troubleshooting. Review suspected fraud cases and manage referrals to Group Investigations. Contribute to fraud and scam prevention strategies through rule optimization and data-driven insights. Drive improvements in detection accuracy, loss prevention, and customer outcomes. Ensure compliance with internal policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards. What will you bring Over 7 years in Fraud Operations and related domain Over 1 year experience in analytics or reporting functions Proven exposure and interest in database analysis, reporting and application programming (including, but not limited to PowerBI, Tableau, SQL, Splunk, Python, R, Java). Should be comfortable working in 24x7 environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills SQL coding, python coding fraud rules. Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
