Senior Analyst Salesforce Data Steward

The Salesforce Data Steward is a hands-on data workstream role responsible for coordinating data requirements, maintaining data standards, resolving quality issues, supporting migration and enrichment activities, and ensuring Salesforce data remains secure, compliant, and aligned to global reporting definitions. This role works closely with the Core Team, Business Group data owners, Data Cloud Hygiene Manager, Integration Lead, Architecture, and implementation partners to ensure project data requirements can be delivered and sustained. The Data Steward serves as a practical arbiter for data model and field changes that impact global standards, reporting consistency, security, compliance, and downstream integrations. The role defines naming conventions, field-level governance expectations, data quality thresholds, issue resolution workflows, and documentation needed to support a scalable Salesforce operating model.
