Senior Analyst

Key Responsibilities Continue supporting existing client processes with minimal business disruption. Perform daily operational activities as per client SLAs and operating procedures. Maintain accuracy, quality, and turnaround time targets. Review, validate, and process financial transactions and operational activities. Investigate and resolve exceptions through collaboration with internal and client stakeholders. Participate in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end activities. Identify process improvement and automation opportunities. Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and client policies. Support knowledge transfer, documentation, and cross-training initiatives. Mentor junior team members (for senior positions).
