At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world.  Job Overview The Global Compensation team is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving global compensation programs, tools, and initiatives—such as market intelligence, the annual year-end process, incentive management, the global job framework, and job evaluation. These efforts are aligned with TE’s internal strategies and external market conditions to attract, retain, and motivate talent worldwide. The team also leads the evaluation of total rewards cost containment strategies and recommends enhancements to ensure both effectiveness and sustainability. In addition, they ensure global compliance with compensation-related laws and regulations and uphold best practices to support a competitive and equitable rewards structure worldwide. Job Responsibilities: Conduct compensation data analysis utilizing both internal and external sources, Submit salary surveys and share insights with team on market trends to make informed decisions. Support the process to highlight metrics and analytics to determine optimal compensation spend and compensation program effectiveness to enhance business outcomes. Research trends in global compensation topics and benchmark practices. Assist in the refinement of TE’s global job framework materials. Support with invoicing Support TE’s global compensation planning cycle Support maintaining the training and reference materials, on SharePoint sites Identify opportunities to standardize and simplify processes.   Desired Candidate Profile: Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Human Resources, or similar field Minimum of 2+ years of compensation, analysis, or finance experience; or equivalent education and experience mix. Strong excel skills Experience with Power BI Ability to work in a matrixed environment and on global cross-cultural teams. Solid analytical skills and ability to utilize a range of experiences to make informed judgments.
