Overview
Join our team as a Senior Program Analyst / Requirements Manager and support the Defense Cyber Crime Center (DC3) by running its portfolio and requirements management processes. You will build schedules, track cost and performance, and surface risks for senior leaders, ensure investment decisions rest on accurate, timely data.

Work Schedule and Location:
On-Site: This full-time on-site position will work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm in Linthicum Heights, MD near BWI airport.
Responsibilities
Run requirements intake, prioritization, and board read-aheads and minutes
Build and maintain an enterprise Integrated Master Schedule in MS Project
Apply Earned Value Management to track cost, schedule, and performance
Build portfolio dashboards and risk, issue, and opportunity registers
Support PPBE activities with program managers and directorates
Identify duplicative or disconnected requirements and recommend fixes
Qualifications
Required:
Active TS/SCI clearance and U.S. citizenship
Bachelor's degree + 8 years relevant experience, Master's + 6 years, or PhD + 3 years
Specialized experience leading large, complex projects for DoD or the Federal government
Experience developing and managing schedules in MS Project
Knowledge and experience with Earned Value Management and project control
Experience managing the full change lifecycle
Program management across requirements and capability development, acquisition, procurement, and resource management
Desired:
