The Senior Architect, CLM Applications is responsible for defining, governing, and evolving the enterprise architecture for Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions across the organization. This role partners closely with Legal, Compliance, Procurement, Sales, and IT stakeholders to establish a scalable, secure, and globally harmonized CLM platform that aligns with enterprise architecture standards and business objectives. As our team builds and configures our CLM platform on Malbek, we're seeking an architect with hands-on experience designing and implementing enterprise CLM solutions to help lead this work. Malbek experience is a strong plus, and we also welcome candidates with experience on comparable platforms such as Icertis, Ironclad, Agiloft, or Conga, especially those with strong API and middleware integration skills. The Senior Architect provides strategic and technical leadership for CLM implementations, integrations, data architecture, solution governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
How you'll make an impact:
Establish best practices for the implementation, evolution, maintenance, and support of complex enterprise solutions. Ensure scalable architecture and seamless integration across platforms and functions throughout the planning, design, execution, and operational stages.
Define system platform and project scope and remain actively engaged through implementation.
Provide design and architecture guidance to project teams executing tactical projects and initiatives.
Translate business requirements into specific solutions, applications, or process designs in collaboration with project teams.
Serve as a subject matter expert in at least one area, such as system platform design, business process, software and hardware architecture, project management, or industry practices.
Identify and evaluate integration opportunities for lower tier systems. Provide input on new integration opportunities, including tool selection and shared data and code resources.
Establish communication and documentation approaches that highlight external emerging developments and promote new technologies, standards, and methodologies.
Document clear and concise change management for systems and processes by following IT and Quality change procedures.
Provide training, coaching, and knowledge transfer to team members.
Perform other incidental duties as assigned.
