We are recruiting a Senior Associate-level Attorney to join an in-house legal team supporting large-scale energy, infrastructure, and data center projects. Role Details
Full-time, permanent role
On-site position (Washington, D.C. area)

Key Responsibilities
Advise on U.S. energy regulatory matters impacting generation, renewables, transmission, storage, and infrastructure assets
Support development, permitting, financing, acquisition, and operation of infrastructure and data center projects
Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial, regulatory, and project agreements
Manage regulatory filings and engagement with relevant authorities
Provide clear legal advice to internal business, technical, and finance teams
Coordinate with external counsel and consultants on complex matters
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Active U.S. bar admission or ability to obtain admission
6+ years of experience in energy regulation, infrastructure, or energy-focused transactions
Strong drafting, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Experience
Exposure to data centers or digital infrastructure projects
Experience advising internal stakeholders in an in-house environment
Familiarity with U.S. energy markets and regulatory frameworks
