This position will be a hybrid work arrangement. You will receive 18 remote workdays per quarter to use at your discretion, subject to manager approval. For example, you may choose to work in the office 4 days per week and take one remote day weekly (typically 13 weeks per quarter), leaving 5 additional remote days to be used as needed.
The Senior Associate, Client Marketing will help shape and deliver integrated marketing programs for HarbourVest's Global Private Wealth business. This role translates fundraising priorities, product focus areas, and audience insights into targeted campaigns, engagement programs, and educational initiatives across wealth audiences. Working closely with Investor Relations, Product Specialists, Commercial Operations, and regional marketing teams, the role will support distribution partner, platform, and advisor segments throughout the client lifecycle. As part of a newly established team, the role will also help build scalable marketing processes, audience engagement strategies, and campaign capabilities across regions.
The ideal candidate is someone who is:
A strategic, hands-on marketer who can develop campaign ideas and drive execution across multiple channels and audience segments.
Fluent in wealth audiences, with familiarity across intermediary distribution channels including platforms, home offices, wirehouses, RIAs, and private banks.
Experienced in developing audience-centric marketing programs, nurture journeys, and engagement strategies that support fundraising and business growth.
Analytical, with experience applying audience insights, engagement data, and campaign performance metrics to improve targeting and personalization.
Highly organized, collaborative, and comfortable working across regions, teams, and approval processes.
Comfortable balancing multiple priorities including campaigns, product launches, educational programs, events, and advisor engagement initiatives.
