The Opportunity:
As part of Hamilton Lane's Global Client Solutions Team, the Product Team is responsible for the management and execution of all aspects of our investment programs across our investment platforms, including managing products and assisting with investor relations across the globe. As a Senior Associate supporting the Product Strategy & Operations function, you will report to the Principal, who supports the Head of Product and platform teams in executing cross-platform strategy and operations. In this role, you will manage a shared pool of analysts, build subject-matter-expert (SME) relationships across platforms, drive consistency in content and analyst training, and serve as a trusted point of contact for stakeholders across the firm on behalf of the Product Team
The successful candidate must be able to communicate effectively, both written and verbal, be detail-oriented and operate in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment where priorities often change.
Responsibilities:
Manage and develop the shared analyst pool, both to support day-to-day platform needs and as the primary team executing on cross-platform initiatives — ensuring analysts are trained, coordinated, and positioned to implement process changes.
Drive consistency in marketing content, templates, and standard responses across product platforms.
Manage cross-platform deliverables for content, data aggregation, and team reporting.
Own recurring working relationships with platform subject-matter experts directly by hosting recurring meetings, managing resource allocation, and facilitating coordination.
Contribute to and help operationalize cross-platform initiatives, turning best practices across platforms into repeatable processes.
Partner with platform peers and Client Solutions leadership to help shape Product's strategy, contribute to the ongoing development of Product's underlying infrastructure, and communicate updates on key initiatives to the broader Client Solutions team.
