Engage in sales planning, budgeting and monitoring cycle to drive sales results predictability and timely escalation of variances Conduct studies on customer insights and demographics to target the right segment and for upselling opportunities Assist management in strategic plans and proposals Facilitates & ensures consistency in data collection, definitions, analyses, & reporting. Manage specific projects from start to finish representing the interests of Sales Management Office Guide & supervise Officers & junior staff to ensure they carry out tasks to achieve desired standards. Who you are:  Degree with minimum 5 years’ experience, preferably in business analytical background Advance excel & PowerPoint skills Analytical skills - SQL scripting; Reporting visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, AWS QuickSight) Multi-tasking ability Independent with minimal supervision required Able to handle decision-making REQUIREMENTS:
