Our portfolio includes antennas, RF products, connectors, cable assemblies, high-speed interconnect solutions, fiber optics, and power connectivity products. The Senior Business Development Manager is responsible for driving profitable growth within a portfolio of assigned OEM accounts. This is a business development role focused on identifying, developing, and advancing new opportunities, applications, and programs within existing customer organizations. The successful candidate will proactively uncover new opportunities, expand TE's footprint, influence design activity, and increase TE's market share within assigned accounts while collaborating with distribution partners to accelerate growth. Job Requirements Develop and execute growth strategies within assigned OEM accounts. Identify, qualify, and advance new applications, programs, and design opportunities aligned with TE's product portfolio. Build relationships across engineering, procurement, operations, and leadership teams. Position TE products early in customer design cycles and sourcing decisions. Identify competitive displacement and account expansion opportunities. Collaborate with authorized distribution partners to increase TE content within assigned OEM accounts. Partner with FAEs, System Architects, Product Management, and Business Units to advance opportunities. Maintain a healthy pipeline, accurate forecasts, and strong CRM discipline. What your background should look like Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of business development, technical sales, or strategic account development experience. Demonstrated success creating and developing new opportunities within existing customer organizations. Strong communication, relationship-building, and account planning skills. Ability to travel 25-50%. What Success Looks Like Creates and advances new opportunities within assigned OEM accounts. Expands TE's footprint across customer programs, applications, and business units. Builds relationships beyond existing contacts to uncover growth opportunities. Effectively leverages distribution partners to drive additional TE content. Maintains a robust opportunity pipeline and delivers revenue growth. …
