Meet the team : The Business Project Management Office (PMO) team is comprised of diverse, collaborative and results-driven program and project managers.  A key part of the Global Business Services function of Dexcom, the team delivers value to customers and internal stakeholders through the delivery of programs and projects that support the execution of strategy at a global, regional or functional level. We are seeking a senior program leader who can independently lead large-scale business and enterprise transformation programs. The ideal candidate will excel in highly ambiguous environments, influence decision-making at senior leadership levels, and drive successful outcomes across complex, cross-functional initiatives. Where you come in: The official designation for this position is Sr. Staff Program Manager, which is equivalent to a Senior Manager-level individual contributor role at Dexcom. In this capacity, you will independently lead large, complex, cross-functional business and commercial programs from strategy development through execution and value realization. Lead enterprise-wide transformation programs that span multiple business functions, driving organizational change, process transformation, operating model evolution, and business performance improvements. You will partner with senior leaders across functions, regions, and levels of the organization to define program scope, align priorities, and drive business outcomes.
