The Senior Analyst will play a hands-on role in Salesforce analysis, development, and support, seeing solutions from inception through production deployment. Leveraging deep Salesforce expertise and a strong understanding of business processes, this role will be responsible for gathering and refining requirements, assessing system impacts, designing end-to-end solutions, and driving enhancements that optimize the IR technology platform. The Senior Analyst will also serve as a key point of contact for production support, change management, and stakeholder communication.   KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Own BAU (business-as-usual) enhancement requests for the Investor Relations Operations team: requirements gathering, system impact assessment, change management analysis, solution design collaboration with the lead developer, validation, and post-deployment support. Build strong relationships with IR Operations stakeholders to facilitate application support and drive the design and implementation of new features and system improvements. Identify opportunities for system optimization and technical debt reduction, and drive resolutions with the development team.
