Senior Consultant, People Policy

Join Carnival UK and play a key role in shaping the policies that influence the experience of colleagues across our organisation. We're looking for a policy specialist with strong employment law knowledge who can combine technical expertise with excellent communication skills. This is an opportunity to take ownership of our people policy framework, ensuring our policies are clear, legally robust and aligned with how we want colleagues to experience work at Carnival UK. Reporting to the AVP, Talent & Employee Experience, you'll work closely with Employee Relations, Legal and senior stakeholders across the business to develop, review and modernise people policies. You'll balance legal requirements, commercial priorities and colleague experience to create practical, user-friendly policies that support both employees and managers. This role offers significant visibility and influence, giving you the opportunity to shape organisational policy, drive simplification and ensure our people p
