The Senior Consultant, People Transformation and Change supports the delivery of People initiatives that modernise how colleagues at Carnival UK work, learn and grow. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Change & Transformation, the role applies change management expertise to assess, develop and deliver change initiatives, conduct impact assessments, generate insight and reporting, and produce project documentation that supports successful change outcomes.
