About the role: The Senior CX Solution Design Lead is a senior individual contributor responsible for leading the solution design and delivery of complex Digital Asset client engagements. Engagements can range from delivering expert design and implementation advice to hands-on software delivery. The role combines deep expertise in product management, business analysis, enterprise software delivery, Daml, and the Canton Network with strong client leadership and cross-functional execution. Operating as a player-architect , the Senior CX Solution Design Lead ensures complex client objectives are translated into practical solution designs, structured implementation plans, actionable requirements, guiding the solution end-to-end to ensure a successful final delivery. The role independently coordinates across clients, partners, Product, Engineering, Sales, and other internal teams to drive successful outcomes while ensuring solutions align with Digital Asset’s architectural and delivery standards. The role also serves as a functional and solution-design authority within CX, raising the quality of client deliverables, mentoring less-experienced colleagues, and identifying opportunities to improve the way complex client engagements are delivered.
