As the sole Data Analyst, this role serves as an internal analytics consultant, partnering with teams across the organization to turn business, product, and security data into actionable insights. The Senior Data Analyst analyzes business operations, customer behavior, mobile application telemetry, and security event data to support decision-making, measure product performance, identify trends, and inform strategic planning. They also contribute to financial reporting, assisting with quarter-end close, invoicing and reconciliation. Success in this role requires advanced SQL skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, independence, and excellent communication skills. What You'll Do: Business, Product & Security Analytics Develop and maintain executive dashboards and operational reports using Tableau. Analyze and contextualize: business metrics including revenue, customer growth, subscriptions, retention, product adoption, and operational performance. mobile application telemetry, customer behavior, product usage, and feature adoption. security event data to monitor threats, trends, anomalies, and product effectiveness.
