About the Role CharterUP is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to design, build, and operate the data systems that power analytics, decision-making, and AI across our two-sided transportation marketplace. You'll own scalable data pipelines and models that transform data across quoting, booking, trips, operators, customers, and payments into trusted, accessible data products. You'll be CharterUP's data engineering SME, setting the architecture, quality standards, and engineering practices for data across the company. Near term that includes leading our migration from Redshift to Snowflake; longer term it means building the platform that carries analytics and AI/ML as we grow. Working closely with engineering, product, analytics, and business teams, you'll shape how CharterUP builds, operates, and uses trusted data at scale.
