WHAT'S ON OFFER   As a Senior Data Implementation Engineer reporting to the Manager, Technical Implementations , you will play a critical role in configuring and implementing our AI-driven platform to enable our customer's success. You will partner closely with the Business Acceleration and Engineering teams throughout the entirety of the customer lifecycle and be responsible for managing all data-related activities. The ideal candidate will have strong technical fluency - especially in data analysis, querying, and ETL. WHAT YOU WILL DO Lead customer-facing data discovery, assessment, and integration, serving as the technical authority on how customer data assets are brought into our platform Define technical requirements and implementation approaches with customers, our support team, and other internal teams, and own triage and escalation of reported issues across implementations Architect, configure, and deploy platform solutions tailored to each customer, connecting seamlessly with their existing systems and setting the technical direction for complex or non-standard integrations Design, build, and maintain automated, config-driven ETL workflows, using tools like Snowflake and AWS Glue, to enable repeatable, high-quality data ingestion at scale Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis across the data pipeline - from ingestion and transformation through orchestration and system configuration - and drive durable fixes rather than one-off patches Own the weekly data delivery cycle for a portfolio of customers, proactively resolving issues to keep deliveries on time and error-free, and define the monitoring and alerting that keeps them that way Identify recurring manual work in the implementation and delivery process - including manual trigger steps - and lead the effort to…
