Position Summary
The Senior Data Analyst is responsible to deliver insightful metrics, reports, and dashboards to support our business. The role requires collaboration with other analysts, data engineers, data product managers, and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be an organized, detail-oriented collaborator with strong communication.

This is an on-site position in Madison, NJ. The position is responsible for overseeing our complaint and servicing data systems and reporting frameworks, ensuring the integrity and precision of data. The ideal candidate will transform raw data into structured information, which will then be analyzed to glean insights that drive strategic business decisions. The Senior Data Analyst is tasked with establishing analytical and reporting functions, as well as monitoring performance and quality assurance processes to pinpoint areas for improvement.
Major Responsibilities
Under direction from the Director, Complaints Management, the Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for the following tasks:
Ensure that data analysis and reporting is accurate, consistent, and reliable throughout its lifecycle, which is critical for making valid and trustworthy decisions
Cleanse data and scrutinize computer-generated reports and outputs to identify and rectify coding errors
Gather data from various sources, including databases, APIs, and third-party sources and ensure the upkeep of databases and data systems
Create and maintain processes to generate accurate and timely reports that help stakeholders understand and act on key data insights
Identify opportunities for process improvements
Engage with managers to specify data requirements for analysis projects tailored to their unique business processes
