About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist with strong expertise in Linear Programming (LP) and Mixed Integer Programming (MIP) to develop, maintain, and scale production-grade optimization solutions. This role requires a solid foundation in optimization, analytics, statistics, and machine learning, along with the ability to build robust, production-ready data science solutions in a cloud environment. The ideal candidate is an experienced Python developer who writes clean, modular, and maintainable code, possesses strong SQL skills, and enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex business challenges. Key Responsibilities: Maintain, optimize, and enhance existing optimization models by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing scalable solutions. Develop, deploy, monitor, and maintain production-grade optimization and machine learning solutions in a cloud environment. Build and improve data preparation, transformation, and aggregation pipelines while integrating new data sources to enrich model performance. Analyze model outputs and communicate insights and recommendations to business stakeholders. Translate business requirements into technical solutions and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate closely with Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers, Product Managers, and other cross-functional stakeholders. Implement and support MLOps best practices, including deployment, monitoring, automation, and model lifecycle management. Perform ad hoc data analysis and create visualizations to support data-driven decision-making. Ensure solution reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency through continuous monitoring and performance improvements.
