Learn more at www.confiemx.com Sr. Data Warehouse Architect We are seeking an experienced Lead Data Warehouse Architect to help drive the evolution of our enterprise data and analytics platform. This role is ideal for a hands-on data professional who combines strong data architecture expertise with a passion for modern cloud technologies, data engineering, and business enablement. You will play a key role in designing scalable data solutions, modernizing legacy platforms, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. Working closely with business and technical stakeholders, you will help shape our data strategy while establishing best practices in data modeling, data integration, performance optimization, and governance. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex data challenges, mentoring technical teams, and building high-impact analytical solutions using Snowflake and modern data technologies. Requirements 5+ years of experience in data warehousing, data engineering, analytics platforms, or related disciplines. Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale data warehouse or analytics solutions. Experience working with cloud-based data platforms such as Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, Databricks, or similar technologies. Experience supporting or participating in data migration and platform modernization initiatives. Strong understanding of analytical data modeling concepts and implementation approaches. Experience working with cross-functional business and technical stakeholders. Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and influence architectural decisions. Experience within the insurance industry (preferred).
