Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, data scientists, and engineering teams. Translate business requirements into AI product roadmaps, user stories, and technical requirements. Drive solution deployment on AWS and ensure alignment with scalability, governance, and compliance standards. Define success metrics and oversee model performance, adoption, and business outcomes. Stay current with advancements in GenAI, agentic AI, and AI platforms.   Required Qualifications   Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. 6-10 years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or AI Product Management. Experience leading cross-functional teams as a Product Owner or Product Manager. Strong knowledge of LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, embeddings, AI agents, Agentforce, and NotebookLM. Hands-on understanding of Python, ML frameworks, and AWS services (SageMaker, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, etc.). Experience deploying AI solutions in production environments. Familiarity with BFSI domains such as risk, lending, fraud, compliance, or customer analytics. Preferred Qualifications   Experience with agentic AI frameworks and enterprise AI deployments. Knowledge of AI governance, model risk management, and BFSI regulatory requirements. AWS and/or AI-related certifications preferred  Pay:  The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
