The Opportunity: We’re looking to fill an opening for a Senior Delivery Manager to join the Enterprise Project Management Office for 12 months. Reporting to the VP, Enterprise Project Management Office, the Senior Delivery Manager will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of strategic initiatives across business and technology teams. This role ensures initiatives are effectively planned, governed, and delivered by actively managing scope, dependencies, risks, decisions, and execution readiness throughout the delivery lifecycle. The Senior Delivery Manager will serve as the central point of coordination across Agile Squads, partnering closely with the squad leadership triad consisting of the Product Owner, Product Designer, and Technology Lead. The role is accountable for driving alignment across squads and stakeholders, ensuring roadmaps, priorities, dependencies, and delivery plans are coordinated, and business outcomes are achieved. You hold yourself accountable and continuously look for ways to improve What your day looks like: Delivery Management & Execution Manage delivery coordination across Agile Squads, proactively managing dependencies, risks, milestones, and execution readiness. Partner closely with Product Owners, Product Designers, and Technology Leads to align priorities, resolve impediments, and drive successful delivery. Develop and maintain integrated delivery plans, including scope, timelines, dependencies, assumptions, risks, and resource requirements. Monitor initiative health and proactively identify issues that may impact delivery commitments.
