This is a 100% remote role based in Toronto, Ontario. Reporting to the DevOps Manager, you will split your time between ensuring platform reliability and building scalable cloud systems, designing automated delivery pipelines, architecting containerized services on AWS ECS (Fargate), and elevating software development practices from a platform engineering perspective.

Reliability & Operational Stability
Monitor system performance, perform root-cause analysis on production incidents, and drive proactive site reliability engineering
Maintain system health through monitoring (CloudWatch), emergency escalation, and proactive issue resolution
Mentorship & Cross-Functional Partnership
Mentor and guide junior team members on DevOps best practices, automated workflows, and cloud architecture
Collaborate with cross-functional leadership (Engineering, Product) to align infrastructure strategy with business objectives
